BZP provides its tenants and partners with a complete property management experience including marketing/advertisement, lease application & screening, online lease agreements, tenant communication, payments & service requests through our portal, vendor & supplier payments, back office, accounting & tax services.

Repairs & Maintenance


BZP provides its tenants with a reliable, responsive, and professional repair and maintenance program, provided by BZP’s employees and contractors. Tenants can call, email, text or submit a service request online on the portal. Emergency service requests are available 24/7.

Project Management & Execution


BZP will design, manage, and execute all renovation projects needed, from kitchen and bathroom rehab to asphalt, concrete, water proofing, landscaping, and roofing replacement projects.

BZP has decades of experience in providing exceptional renovations, which make its properties attractive and desirable.

Accounting, Legal, Finance


BZP provides its partners with a professional, timely and detailed back-office operations that includes accounting and transaction recording, tax returns and K-1s, financial reporting, legal services (tax, collections, other).

These services are provided by BZP employees, as well as its accountant and legal counsels.

Investment Management


BZP provides its partners with quarterly detailed financial statements and written overview, depicting & describing the past quarter and YTD financial results, noteworthy activities, investment return summary & projections.

Partners are also provided with quarterly direct deposit distributions if available and applicable. Once a year all partners will obtain their K-1s.

BZP will assess and project exit strategies and the ability to achieve superior returns and the fit of the target property to the portfolio. BZP’s projected financials will assume severe circumstances and rigorous stress tests, to insure a potential property can yield above average industry return, net of all expenses and fees. BZP’s main and foremost focus is generating strong cash flows to its partners under any circumstances; Exit strategies will apply thereafter and will include refinancing & cash out while keeping the property, 1031 exchange and/or straight sale.
