Jonathan possesses a diverse and extensive 30 year background in the Commercial Real Estate industry in Greater Cleveland, and the United States. Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesman who has worked for several of the top retail brokerage firms in Cleveland, including Reisenfeld and Company and Doppelt and Company. In these brokerage capacities, Jonathan represented many landlords and tenants locally and nationally. He was also a Real Estate Director for Dots, Inc., a Cleveland based woman’s apparel chain. In this capacity, Jonathan was responsible for finding new store locations for Dots throughout the United States. His duties with Dots also included market research and analysis to determine the best locations for these stores. Jonathan also has represented a developer of multi-family properties in their desire to find suitable land for their developments. He has also been an active investor in real estate, including ownership of single-family homes and strip centers. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory College in Atlanta, Georgia, and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also recently received a Certificate of Nonprofit Management degree from The Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
